Kim Reiche

With a background as an Interior Architect, Kim possesses a deep understanding of construction and renovations. Originally from Zimbabwe, she pursued her studies in South Africa before relocating to New Zealand 23 years ago with her husband Craig, and their children Luke and Kristy. Both Luke and Kristy have now started their own families.

Kim's expertise in design and renovation spans both residential and commercial domains. Formerly the owner of two award-winning Renovation franchises in New Zealand, she has a wealth of experience in specification, design, construction and project management, with the last 12 years in the renovation secture.

Having worked on prestigious projects in various countries, Kim currently serves as the Global Technical and Operations Manager for the Traffic Group that encompasses both Refresh Renovations and Zones Landscaping. In this role, she guides new franchises through their initial stages of development, providing support and expertise. Once franchises are established, Kim continues to offer support through their growth stages, ensuring revenue generation and the successful delivery of outstanding projects.
